This birth crash course is designed specifically for expectant parents who have attended parent class/childbirth education or busy parents and experienced parents who want some hands-on labour techniques for partner’s involvement, and ways to calm and take care of the baby after birth. This birth course is an essential birth preparation and newborn care topics in a concise, focused session.

This course complements the more in-depth HypnoBirthing childbirth education program, which is a comprehensive 5-week subconscious reprogramming birth preparation series for parents seeking a deeper understanding of the mind-body pregnancy care and birthing process.

5. Newborn Calming Method & Early Adjustment

  • Understanding your baby’s physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
