Touch relaxation is an experiential session designed for you to reconnect with yourself and with people around you with our earlier senses of touch and smell.
Finally a workshop ideal for busy executives, couples and parents to unwind, recharge and reconnect with themselves after a busy day.
In this workshop, you will learn the energising breath, open-heart connection, sensory integration for mind-body relaxation self-care, and buddy-care with a partner. It is a nurturing session with gentle light touch to bring joy and peace home. You will receive a bonus of therapeutic Butterfly Touch by a Practitioner.
